Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

ATLAS is an internal, non-public content-automation tool used solely by the operator to manage their own YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X accounts. No accounts or services are offered to third parties. By signing in you accept these terms.

2. Account creation and 2FA

Access is restricted to the operator account. Authentication is exclusively via a TOTP code from an authenticator app (passwordless); two-factor authentication is therefore mandatory and cannot be disabled. At most two operator accounts can be created, for break-glass recovery.

3. Permitted use

Use of ATLAS is permitted insofar as it complies with the terms of the connected platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X). The operator is responsible for compliance.

4. Prohibited use

• No impersonation of persons or brands; content from owned accounts only.
• No content that violates the community guidelines or TOS of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X.
• No NSFW, illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
• No misleading deepfakes of public figures without visible AI disclosure.
• No scraping or API calls that ignore rate limits or robots.txt of the source.
• No copyrighted material without licence or fair-use basis.
• No resale, redistribution, or exposure of platform tokens to third parties.

5. AI-generated content disclosure

All published videos are substantially AI-generated (LLM scripts, AI voices, AI imagery). On platforms that support an “altered/synthetic content” label (YouTube, TikTok, Meta), the label is set automatically. Where applicable this is also stated in captions.

6. Liability

ATLAS is provided “as-is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free operation. The operator assumes full responsibility for all published content and its consequences, including any platform bans or third-party complaints.

To the extent permitted by law, all liability for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages is excluded.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Version: 2026-05-10.

8. Termination

The operator may stop the service at any time. On termination, tokens are revoked, encrypted backups are deleted after 30 days, and logs are purged after 90 days, as described in the privacy policy. Misuse may lead to immediate access revocation.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates another court.
